Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) notifying LUBOÉ of the decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from a choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), will be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which LUBOÉ is notified of the decision to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction; no fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received back, or until evidence has been supplied of the goods having been sent back, whichever is the earlier.

The goods must be returned to LUBOÉ without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which notice of withdrawal from this contract is given. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
